911. Lemon Berry Clafoutis Cake (Instant)

This recipe is made from 100% processed, prepackaged and convenience food: canned and frozen fruit, cake mix powder, and butter. So it is not instant per se as it does need time in the oven.
It is a spoonable cake, which we watched a food network presenter make. It is easily adaptable to the flavors you like. It was only after I noticed how episode after episode of this Pioneer lady uses so much ready made and processed food that I realized why Americans revere the "from scratch" concept.
This dessert was unattractively named Dump Cake, but a dear friend renamed it to a more classy Clafoutis Cake. This dessert can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients:

1 can (400g) lemon pie filling
2 cups frozen berries
1 box white cake mix
3/4 cup cold butter

Method:

Preheat oven to 350F.
Empty out the lemon pie filling and spread  into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Distribute the frozen berries over the lemon pie filling.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit.
Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.
Bake until the tops are brown and bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve preferably warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
