712. Slow Cooked Pulled Lamb

This has to be one of the most comforting and warming recipes out there, and that's not to mention it's highly nutritional and even healthy!

A shoulder of lamb is cooked in the slow cooker until it is easily shreddable and melt-in-your mouth.
Piled over some cauliflower mash, it is bound to warm you up and satisfy any craving for a good home-cooked meal.

Ingredients:

1 shoulder of lamb (about 900g)
2 x400g cans chopped tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, grated
1 1/2 cups broth
2 tsp honey
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cocoa
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp salt & pepper

Method:

Put all the ingredients into slow cooker and set to "low". Leave it for 5-6hours.
By now it should be easily shreddable using two forks. Shred it all, discard bones and sinew, return to the slow cooker on "high" for 30 more minutes.
Serve over some cauliflower mash.
